1. Introduction

1.1. Your right of Privacy is important to us, Buzz Innovation Ltd. ("Buzz") and therefore Buzz encourages you to read this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") carefully prior to downloading, accessing or using our Search Product ("Product").

1.2. This privacy policy constitutes an integral part of our Search Product End User License Agreement ("EULA"), and it governs the data collection, process and transfer in respect with our Product and the Product Services, all in accordance with the relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including, if relevant to the user's jurisdiction, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").

1.3. Definitions used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our EULA.

1.4. If you are a California resident, we recommend you to review Buzz's specific CCPA Privacy Notice.

1.5. Buzz's Privacy Policy does not cover your interaction with third-party content available in the Product or otherwise included as a link to it. Buzz's privacy Policy may be different from third parties' privacy practices and Buzz shall not be liable or responsible for the acts of those third parties.

2. Types of Data BUZZ Collects

If you access or interact with our Product and the Product Services, BUZZ may collect certain types of data about you that can be classified as follows:

2.1. Non-Personal Data means non-identifiable aggregated data, such as technical data transmitted by the user's device. This data is not used to identify individuals.

2.2. Personal Data means information which identifies or may with reasonable effort identify an individual. The collection of the Personal Data, will be in accordance to the lawful principle (under the GDPR) as detailed below.

2.3. The type of Data that Buzz may collect and the purpose of the collection:

2.3.1. Search Related Data - when you installed an-add, browser extension or a search related product, Buzz may collect your search related Data. This Data includes data related to the URLs of websites that you have visited. Buzz will collect this data as an aggregated Non-Personal Data. However, in some of the cases this data may contain data that could be deemed as a Personal Data.
Buzz will delete this type of data a short time after the collection. Buzz will use this data in order to provide features of the Product Services (for example, display relevant advertising based on your searches).
The lawful basis for processing Account Information is your consent.

2.3.2. Technical Data - when you are using the Product and the Product Services a lot of technical Data can be transferred to Buzz. This Data will include: date and time stamp; device type and operating system; aggregated use of the Product and the Product Services; location; traffic source that lead to the Product; the chosen language; type of browser and search preference and Internet Service Provider, etc.
The collection and processing of this Data is our legitimate interest, necessary for operation purposes, to strengthen and upgrade the Product and the Additional Services, and to make internal statistics.

2.3.3. Contact Data - when you voluntarily choose to contact Buzz through the communication means (for example, by sending an email), you will be required to provide your contact details such as (name or email address).
Buzz will use this Data in order to respond and provide you with the assistance, or any other service you asked for. Please note that Buzz may store the correspondence if it will be required, for instance, for any future claim, to provide you with assistance or to improve its Product and the Product Services.
We process such Contact Details subject to our legitimate interest in order to respond to your inquiry.

2.3.4. IP Address - if you use the Product and the Product Services, Buzz may collect your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and/or your Machine ID address. Please note that beside Buzz, its service providers might also collect this type of Data.
The collection of this Data is necessary for the protecting and managing the Product and the Product Services. In addition, Buzz will use this data for improving and maintaining the Product and the Product Service, including enhancing your experience while using the Product Services; for analytical and statistical activities regarding traffic flow and your interaction with the Product; auditing Buzz's affiliates, calculating payments and detecting fraud, including detect and resolve security and technical issues.
Please note, that the IP address will be stored by Buzz in a manner that is non identifiable. Once this Data collected, it will immediately become anonymous (Buzz will use industry common practices to ensure it).
We process such data subject to our legitimate interest for security and maintenance purposes and your consent for statistical purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Buzz does not share any Personal Data collected from you except in the following events:

3.1. to the extent needed, for complying with applicable law (including our policies and agreements);

3.2. in the event of a corporate transaction (sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). When we do so, our affiliated companies and acquiring companies will assume the obligations and rights under this Policy.

3.3. Service providers: Buzz may disclose or share Personal Data to its service providers in order to provide the Product and the Product Services' features. Such entities are prohibited from using Personal Data for any purposes other than providing the Product and the Product Services.

3.4. Online Identifiers: Buzz may share online identifiers with its business partners, in order to calculate payments or detect fraud, with regard to the Product and the Product Services. The purpose of sharing this data is described in our Cookie Policy Section 6 below.

3.5. Consent: Buzz may share your Personal Data with third parties subject to the recipient of your consent. If Buzz does so, your information becomes subject to such third party's privacy policies.

3.6. Affiliate company: Buzz may disclose Personal Data with its subsidiaries, parent company or controlled companies solely if and when applicable or necessary.

3.7 Law Enforcement & Authority Request: In the case we will be required according to any applicable law, legal process or governmental request as well as for the purpose of enforcing our agreements and policies, establish, exercise or defend our rights and third party’s rights, and any applicable needed action in this regard, we may share your Personal Data in order to comply such requirement. In addition, we may share your Personal Data to prevent or detect illegal activities, as well as suspected fraud.

4. Security and Retention

4.1. BUZZ incorporates high standards to protect information. Buzz shall continue to use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the protection of the Data it collects. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be fully protected from intrusions. Please note, that while Buzz strives to use reasonable commercial efforts to protect your Data, Buzz cannot guarantee its absolute security. Buzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that it can prevent unauthorized access, but Buzz will make its best efforts to mitigate such risks.

4.2. In the event that you think that your privacy was not treated in accordance with Buzz Privacy Policy, or if any person attempted to abuse Buzz's Product or the Product Services, please contact Buzz directly at: support@buzzinnovationltd.com.

5. Transfer of Your Data

Buzz may store or process your Personal Data in various territories, including the United State. Please note that if you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA") Buzz will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data receives an adequate level of data protection when it is being transferred out of the EU.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction where the transferring of your Personal Data requires your consent, then your consent to this Privacy Policy includes your express consent for such data transfer.

6. Cookie Policy

6.1. When you are using the Product and the Product Services, Buzz or Buzz's business partners may generally place "cookies" or other similar technologies. Buzz will use cookies in order to collect information with respect to your activity in the Product or the Product Services. The use of cookies is essential for different purposes, which include, enriching the performance of the Product, providing the Product Services and for the functionality of the Product Services to the users. The use of cookies will enable Buzz to improve your experience while you are using the Product and Product Services. 6.3. Opt-out from data collection through the use of cookies: you can choose to opt-out from data collection and sharing processes made through cookies. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose to block cookies, erase cookies or receive a notice before a cookie is stored. However, if you will choose to disable the use of cookies, some of the Product and the Product Services' features may not work well. Please note that by disabling cookies advertisements will continue to be displayed but such advertisements will not be personalized to you.

7. Children

The Product and the Product Services are not directed nor intended for use by children (the phrase "child" shall mean an individual that is under the age defined by applicable law and specifically under the age of 16) and Buzz does not knowingly process a child’s information. Buzz will discard any information that Buzz receives from a user that is considered a "child" immediately upon its discovery that such user shared information with Buzz. 8. Retention Period

Buzz retains the Personal Data Buzz has collected for as long as needed to provide Product and the Product Services, carry out its business purpose and to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce its agreements, all in accordance with applicable laws.
Please note that Buzz is not committed to save your Personal Data, and Buzz may, at its own discretion, delete or avoid from keeping any or all information.

9. Your Right

9.1. Data protection and privacy laws differ from jurisdiction to jurisdictions, each of which may provide different rights regarding Personal Data. Below is a list of rights that you may be entitled to exercise if you are a resident of the EEA or California State, according to the provisions of the GDPR and the CCPA, respectively:

9.1.1. The right to access your Data;

9.1.2. The right to require to amend or correct your Data;

9.1.3. The right to be forgotten- if there is no new lawful basis for continued the processing of your Data you have the right to request deletion of the Data;

9.1.4. The right to object to the process of your Data;

9.1.5. The right to restrict the processing of your Data;

9.1.6. The right to "port" your Data to a third-party;

9.1.7. The right to withdraw your consent when it is the legal basis for the Data processing; and

9.1.8. The right to file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority regarding concerns you have about your privacy.

9.2. In order to submit a request to exercise your rights, you are requested to download the Privacy Rights Request Form, available at here and send your request to: support@buzzinnovationltd.com. However, Buzz may require additional information from you in order to verify your identity and locate your data. Please note that Buzz may reject your request if you didn't supply Buzz with the requested details. Furthermore, the process may take up to one month, unless otherwise requested under any applicable law.

10. Do Not Track Disclosure

The Product and the Product Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals. For information about Do Not Track, please see: www.allaboutdnt.com.

11. Updates

Buzz reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion, so Buzz recommends you to re-visit this page frequently. Any updates to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon the display of the revised version. The last version date will be reflected in the "Last Revised" heading located at the top of the Privacy Policy.
In case it is required under relevant law, Buzz will send an applicable notice regarding the update of the Privacy Policy.
